As an inspiring context for a team meeting, the Sqills NL team sailed across the IJsselmeer for a day of fun, inspiration and open-air brainstorm about the organisation challenges of this time. Lots of good ideas were generated to maintain the Sqills quality level and still be able to cope with the potentially very large quantities of upcoming projects and product implementations. A fresh gust of wind (both literally and figuratively) for the team!
