I’ve been to the national park “Hoge Veluwe” today, together with probably 300 other photographers But it was worth it – a pack of deer came very close to our viewpoint, and it was quite impressive.

Went for a short hike near Hoenderloo today with San, Wout & Els – and of course Azzie…

I hadn’t spotted the people across the field at all when I was photographing this group of wild boars, it was only afterwards that I saw them in the picture. Judging by the size of the guy’s lens, I’m probably somewhere visisble on his photos too…

This baby wild boar (“wild zwijn”) was just running around in the grass, no parents near, no fear of us passing by whatsoever.

Sanne and I went for a hike on the Posbank between Dieren and Rheden yesterday evening. Walking there around sunset really gave us a chance to see a lot of wildlife: many wild boars, deer, and very funny stone martens climbing up and down the trees right beside the path.
